Beskriving og avgrensing av omfanget til omgrepet.- Physical System, composed by one or more Materials, exposed to the Instrument during a Measurement, typically after some kind of Processing and Treatment. Sample may be held by a Sample Holder and/or carried by a Sample Carrier.
