Definisjon
- 1. The deposition of dissolved or suspended material by an electric field on an electrode. (Ontobee, Physico-chemical process). 2. Electrodeposition (ED) is a technique in which a film of solid metal or oxide is deposited onto the surface of conducting materials by electrolysis of a solution containing the desired metal ion or its chemical complex.
