Sample Carrier
Definisjon
- Piece of Equipment used for carrying one or more Samples and/or one or more Sample Holders (depending on the scientific use case), which is helpful for, e.g., referencing, handling, or height adjustment. Examples of Sample Carrier are: a naked wafer, a glass slide, an individually designed metal frame, but also a Si crystal carrying a Sample of exfoliated graphene.
