Thermo-mechanical processing method

1. Thermo mechanical processing is a metallurgical process that combines mechanical deformation process like compression or forging, rolling etc. with thermal processes like heat-treatment, water quenching, heating and cooling at various rates into a single process. (Wikipedia). 2. Thermomechanical processing is the combination of high temperature and plastic deformation so that the effects of each can work together to obtain the final form of the metal.
